To save a single file from Dropbox onto your computer:

• go to Dropbox.com
• locate the file or folder
• then select the Menu button (three dots) on the right
• select Download

To save all of your files from Dropbox onto your computer, complete the following steps off-campus (if possible):

• Download the Dropbox Desktop Application onto the devices of your choice
• Sync the folders and set up Smart and Selective Syncing per your departmental guidelines
